- Which documents do I need?
- A 4-point inspection, a wind mitigation report and your current declarations page help us get accurate prices. Upload them as PDFs (up to 20 MB each). If you don't have them all, submit what you have.
- What is a 4-point inspection?
- A 4-point inspection checks the roof, electrical, plumbing and HVAC of the home. Many Florida carriers require one for older homes before they will write a policy.
- What is a wind mitigation report and how does it save money?
- A wind mitigation inspection documents features that protect your home from hurricanes, such as roof shape, roof-to-wall attachments and opening protection. Florida carriers must offer wind mitigation discounts, which can lower your premium significantly.

- The insured's full legal name, date of birth, phone number and email are required for accurate quotes. A co-insured and a prior address (if you moved in the last 3 years) are optional.

- Is my information private?
