What we collect

• Insured and co-insured names and dates of birth
• Contact information: phone number and email address
• Property address and prior address
• Documents you upload: 4-point inspection, wind mitigation report and declarations page
• Property details (for example year built, square footage, roof, flood zone)
• Insurance score / credit information, only when you give consent for a carrier to use it
• Partner information for mortgage brokers and real estate agents (name, company, contact details, license number)
• Analytics data, only if you allow it: pages visited, referrer, device type and coarse location

Why we use it

To obtain insurance quotes from carriers, to contact you about those quotes, and — only if you consent — to tell you about future offers.

Who we share it with

We share information with insurance carriers, wholesalers and rating tools only to obtain quotes for you. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies, local storage and analytics

We use essential browser storage to run the site. First-party analytics run only if you allow the Analytics category. We use no third-party advertising trackers. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Data retention

We keep quote information as long as needed to provide quotes and service, and as required by Florida insurance record-keeping rules.

Security

Uploaded documents are stored privately with access limited to authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

• Make CCPA-style or other state privacy requests where applicable
• Opt out of marketing at any time
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts
